All 21 Probably Stolen achievements, the conditions behind them, and a realistic order for a 100% run without wasting a save.

Probably Stolen Achievements Guide: 100% Completion
There are 21 achievements. Most unlock naturally in a normal run; the hard ones are From Nothing the Hard Way, Clean Hands, Say My Name, Shiny, Cranked to Eleven and Green Thumb. Do the natural achievements first, then use separate saves for the mutually exclusive ones. Do not attempt 100% on your first run.
Probably Stolen's achievements are a mix of tutorial milestones, economic thresholds and one-run constraints. The constraints are the problem: Clean Hands forbids stolen and contraband sales, while the criminal achievements reward them. You cannot do both in one save.
This guide lists the 21 known achievements, what each one asks for, and the order that wastes the least time. The exact conditions for a few are still being confirmed by the community; those are marked.

The launch-day percentages ranged from 69.5% for Lower Levels Special to 0.1% for the Rock Bottom wins. That distribution tells you what to expect: the tutorial achievements are nearly free, the constraint achievements are rare, and the challenge achievements are the endgame.
Phase 1: the natural unlocks
These come from playing a normal Apprentice or Water Merchant run:
- First Steps — finish the tutorial.
- Lower Levels Special — use the labeler on a product and apply the Lower Levels Special label.
- An Eye for Value — appraise 10 items perfectly. Perfect means the value and authenticity are both correct.
- Authorized — buy a business permit.
- Industrious — place 10 machines. They must be present at the start of a day.
- Comfortably Afloat — reach 10,000 credits of estimated total wealth at the start of a day.
- Keys to the Kingdom — buy the deed. This is also the win condition.
- Diplomatic — max one faction. The faction guide explains the fastest route.
Do not chase Clean Hands in this run. If you have sold a single stolen item, the achievement is already lost for that save. Keep a separate clean save.
Phase 2: the economic achievements
- Swimming in Credits — 100,000 credits of estimated total wealth. This is a long-run goal, not a single sale. The money guide covers the compounding.
- Prodigious — own the deed before day 50. This is a speed goal: prioritize margin and rent cover over expansion.
- Shiny — 1,000 store attractiveness at the start of a day. Display cases, lighting and clean floors raise attractiveness. The appraisal guide and money guide cover the stock that fills a display.
- Jackpot — win the scratcher. Buy scratchers when you have spare cash; the odds are not in your favour.
Shiny is the one people leave until last. Attractiveness is a store stat, not a single item. You need a coherent display, not one expensive case.
Phase 3: the constraint achievements
Clean Hands
Win without selling stolen or contraband goods. The rule applies to the whole run, not just the final day. A single stolen sale can void it.
- Buy from legal suppliers only.
- Do not accept stolen stock, even as a gift.
- Check the item's flags before you buy. Item Details or Appraisal Assistant makes this easier.
- Do not sell contraband, even if the customer asks.
- Win by buying the deed.
This is a slow, legal run. Pair it with Model Citizen and a Security-friendly build.
Say My Name
Produce a Lab Pure grade narcotic. This requires the chemistry system, the right recipe and enough purity control to hit the top grade. The chemistry profit guide covers purity, acid/base and contamination. Expect to fail batches before you hit Lab Pure.
Cranked to Eleven
Add +250 Quality to any machine. Quality modules stack. Check the machine's module slots and add the highest-quality modules you can afford; the achievement counts the machine's final Quality stat, not the sum of the module tooltips.
Green Thumb
Grow a Huge Nutrifruit in Hydroponic. This is a farming achievement: the right seed, the right nutrients, enough time and a healthy system. Do not harvest early.
Phase 4: the challenge achievements
We Have Rats!
Unlock the Rat Wrangler scenario. The start is hidden until you meet the unlock condition; once unlocked, it appears in the specialization list. The rat ranching guide covers the start.
Aug Hunter
Shoot 10 augmented customers. This is a combat achievement, not a shop achievement. Use the Aug Scanner to confirm, then shoot. It pairs badly with Clean Hands; use a separate save.
Snitches Get Riches
Report 10 criminals. This pairs with Model Citizen and a Security run. Do not report in a Black Market run unless you want the reputation hit.
From Nothing / From Nothing, the Hard Way
Win from Rock Bottom, then win from Rock Bottom on hard mode. These are the rarest achievements in the game. The Rock Bottom guide covers the opening, the rent clock and the recovery.
The efficient 100% order
- Apprentice run: First Steps, Lower Levels Special, An Eye for Value, Authorized, Industrious, Comfortably Afloat, Keys to the Kingdom, Diplomatic.
- Clean run: Clean Hands, Shiny, Prodigious, Swimming in Credits.
- Chemistry run: Say My Name, Cranked to Eleven.
- Farming run: Green Thumb, We Have Rats!.
- Security run: Snitches Get Riches, Aug Hunter.
- Rock Bottom: From Nothing.
- Rock Bottom hard: From Nothing, the Hard Way.
This order uses seven saves, but each one has a clear purpose. Trying to combine Clean Hands with Aug Hunter or Snitches Get Riches will cost you more time than it saves.
Achievements that conflict
- Clean Hands vs Aug Hunter: shooting an Aug may count as a kill or a crime; the clean run is safer without it.
- Clean Hands vs Snitches Get Riches: reporting is legal, but the run may involve criminal stock; keep them separate.
- From Nothing vs Prodigious: the deed-before-day-50 goal is much harder from Rock Bottom. Do Prodigious on a funded start.
- Diplomatic vs faction endings: maxing one faction can push another toward -100. Check the faction guide.

A full inventory grid: most completion goals are inventory and cash milestones in disguise.
